Taking a look at what device each user is using to engage with the NWTC site, 100% of users use the web. There is a relatively decent gap between engaged sessions on desktop vs mobile. With almost the same average engagement time per active user between the two, but a significant increase in key events on desktop, I would recommend the Marketing Team make efforts in creating a more mobile-friendly interface on the NWTC website. Users are spending the same amount of time on mobile but engaging less, they’re likely having a difficult time finding what they’re looking for once on the site.
