I would recommend that the NWTC Marketing team invests more in Paid Social. With social media being a main outlet for younger adults to receive information, it’s clear marketing efforts can be spent more here. Although Paid Search does bring in more users overall, Paid Social brings in more new users. With Organic Social being relatively low as well, investing in Paid Search provides NWTC with an opportunity to reach more people looking to get in to college.
